In the decades since its foundation by Dr. Germinal Hilbert, our agency has gained expertise in the development, support, and placement of internationally successful artists and has stood for the highest quality on the market. Absolute satisfaction of our clients and our top-class artists has always been our highest priority. However, the demands of the market have changed over the past decades. The world has become more interconnected and fast-paced, and advancing digitalization is changing the way we live and work.
This requires new, future-proof approaches. That is why Andreas Dellert has been complementing the agency’s leading team since 2017. While he has taken over internal organization and office management, Dr. Germinal Hilbert and Andreas Dellert jointly take care of the agency’s strategic development, talent scouting, and acquisition.

ARTIST SUPPORT/ORGANIZATION
We offer our artists perfect, all-round support and are therefore always at their side. To this end, we are making increasing use of new media and digital solutions. For example, all our artists receive a digital overview of their engagements, appointments, and important documents, such as visas, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and contracts, and thus have mobile access to all their data at all times. For this purpose, we use our in-house software, which has been tailored to the needs of our artists.
